  28. I've ever read has said anything positive about the cardinal modems aside from
  29. their being cheap. like yugo's. most isp's I've heard of use usr modems. and why
  30. waste space using an external modem anyway? they are more expensive and unless
  31. you're using a raggedy comm pakage you're not missing anything anyway.
